Meet Team CREATE
Hello! My name is Rachel Luciani and I’m going to be your Pop-Up Gala “tour guide” from here on out. As a newcomer to the DC area (2 months down and going strong), I’ll be relaying information about this project - and the artists, architects and developers involved - to you as I learn about it myself. Regardless of your current relationship with DC’s creative community, this blog will be an insider introduction into what it takes to make space for art.
